CBGB: 50.000 bands e un bagno disgustoso

Interrompo la pausa d'agosto per segnalare l'uscita imminente in America di CBGB: il film sullo storico locale dove sono nati il punk e la new wave newyorkese. La sala, ormai chiusa dal 2006, è ora sede di un negozio di abbigliamento di John Varvatos. Segno dei tempi, cantava Prince.
La teiera volante atterrerà per la prima volta sulla grande mela nell'ultima settimana di agosto, ma per questa visita come anche per il Chelsea Hotel (chiuso e in procinto di diventare un condominio di lusso) purtroppo siamo fuori tempo massimo.
